    December 10 - Participant registration;   Hotel registration opens (via this website)
    January 4 - Participant registration closes
    January 11 - Meeting and first scheduled team practice
    February 1 - Hotel deposit (equivalent to 1st night's stay) is due; Hotel registration is closed.
    March 4 - Participant add/drop/correction deadline
    March 8 - Scholarship Application and Pre-convention deadline. Please postmark the following by this date: (1) scholarship applications and (2) all Pre-convention events submitted to the correct event coordinator
    March 18 - Hotel remaining balance due; Last day to make changes to hotel rooms
    March 25 - Dress Rehearsal; Deadline for All Challenge Events
    March 29 - Last practice
    April 3-4 - 2026 LTC Convention
    April 5 - Sunday AM pre-worship performances & worship at convention
    April 12 - Award presentation (tentative)

    - Participants will have the option to choose how they will participate - online, in person, or both.
